NetMinistry charges a monthly recurring fee for its services. These fees include all services promised within the pricing package that you choose. The fees will be charged every month on the same day of the month you first subscribed to the credit card you placed on file at the time of sign up. Cancelling your services is quick and easy. Just call us at (888) 650-5280 and ask us to cancel your services. However, all amounts paid are final and partial refunds are not issued for early month termination.
If you have a question about your bill, please contact us before calling your credit card company and disputing the charges. In most cases, billing disputes can be resolved easily by our staff. However, if you dispute a charge on your credit card, NetMinistry will assess a $30 chargeback fee in addition to the amount that is owed due to the expense of dealing with the dispute. We're a fair and honest company. So, calling us is always the easiest solution.
We will bill your credit card or checking account periodically for the services you order. You can contact and cancel at any time. If you ever have a question about a charge, just call us and give us the opportunity to either fix it or explain it.
